“Dynamit Nobеl Balkan” Ltd /DNB/ was established in 2005 and is domiciled in Sofia, Mladost 1 Residential Area, bl.54A, with Ilia Tchalev as Executive Director. The company is part of the production-commercial consortium of companies “Dynamit Nobel Balkan” with manager Ilia Tchalev. The two other partner in the consortium are “SINTIS” PLC – Sofia and “ANZAH”PLC – Sofia, whose basic activity is the production of different types of Anti-terrorist Radio Jammers, equipment for security of information and for detection of bugging devices, different kinds of amplifiers, Unmanned Aircraft vehicle (UAV), electric appliances and elements. DNB has very good relations with all Bulgarian military factories, which produce more than 400 different items, according to our Export list.

The specific production of the above mentioned arms producers is exported to the foreign customers by “Dynamit Nobel Balkan” Ltd, which is authorized for foreign trade activity with arms by state license No. Л-03.09-24-1, dated 27.02.2020 ( with validity to 27.02.2025) and issued by the government of the Republic of Bulgaria. This license allows “Dynamit Nobel Balkan” Ltd, in cooperation with the arms producers, to export military products of all Bulgarian plants. Company “DNB” has its major interests and activity in the field of international trade with weapons, not only of newest Bulgarian and other European /NATO/ and Russian manufacturer’s production, but also of various “military surplus” items from Ministry of Defense and Government storage. The company delivers also spare parts for armor vehicles, helicopters, aircrafts, anti-aircraft systems (Volga, Pechora, Kvadrat), repairing of helicopters Mi-8, Mi17 and Mi24 and spare parts and other services related to the military and technical spheres.

“Dynamit Noble Balkan” Ltd exports military equipment for the ground, air and naval military forces in the USA, Canada, France, Czech, Kazakhstan, Egypt, Saud Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, and Philippines etc. The company has Representatives in the following countries: Austria, Finland, Russian Federation, Kuwait, U.A.E., Indonesia, Singapore, R. Kazakhstan, A.R. Egypt, and South Africa.

Management Team is headed by Eng. Ilia Tchalev, PhD, Executive Director, who works for more than 30 years in this field and has many useful contacts with respective produces from Belarus, Ukraine, Serbia, Czech Republic and Western Europe, being at the following positions: Secretary of State Commission for Export Control of Military Goods and dual use goods and technology, Director of some state-owned and private companies related to this business.
